Usurper Queen
Queen Athaliah stole the throne when she murdered all the male heirs to Judah’s throne. Or so she thought. Little did she know, God hid little Joash. She led Judah to worship the false deity, Baal. After seven years, the rightful anointed king reclaimed the crown through the help of priest Jehoiada and the army. Athaliah was judged and executed for her crimes that same day.
God cannot be mocked. Usurpers cannot overturn God’s will and anointing.
